Where in the Heck Have I Been?

Wowzers! It has been forever since I blogged. Hmmm . . .  well, partly I’ve been busy and partly I’ve been lazy. It happens to the best of bloggers. (At least, I’m hoping it happens to the best of us. I’m not alone here, right? Right?).

So what do you do when you fall off of the blogging horse?

Silly question really. You get back on.

Oh and don’t be too hard on yourself. Think of all the other things you accomplished, whether it’s in your personal life or in your writing you’ve gotten a lot done.

For me during my blogging hiatus, I’ve managed to write a whole new book and edited Bonded two more times.

But I’m back to blogging now. What you been up to since I was gone?

Please Prove You are Not a Robot

I’ve been dabbling in the blogging world for a while now. I love meeting new people and commenting on their blogs.

One thing that gets me every time  . . . when I leave a comment on someone’s blog, sometimes a box will come up with gibberish for me to type in (you know what I’m talking about. Words like grimshk clikea or paveat hariua). I’ve noticed recently that the top of the box says, “Please prove you are not a robot.”

This gets me giggling every single time.

I’m not sure why. I mean it’s perfectly clear I’m not a robot. (See above where I masterfully typed “grimshk clikea” and “paveat hariua"). And there is nothing funny about being a robot. I’m sure there are lots of nice, hard-working robots in the world.

We shouldn’t judge.

Maybe next time that message comes up, I’ll type in “beep bop boop beep.” Then we’ll see what it does!
